Common questions
How much does window cleaning cost?
Windows are priced per window: $8 each for interior only, $9 for exterior only, or $12 for both sides. Storm windows are $11 each. There is a $120 minimum for a visit, and quotes are rounded up to the nearest $20.
Can I get a price without an appointment?
Yes. The quote tool on this site prices a job from your window count and the services you want, and gives you a figure straight away. No site visit needed to get a number.
Do you clean the inside as well as the outside?
Both. You can book interior only, exterior only, or both together, and the price changes accordingly - booking both sides costs less than the two separately.
Do you clean gutters?
Yes. Gutters are priced per linear foot: $1.00 per foot on a single-storey house and $2.00 per foot on a two-storey. Screens and pressure washing are also available, with house washing from $320 depending on size.
What areas do you cover?
Addison County from a base in Salisbury, north into Chittenden County for Burlington, Shelburne, Charlotte and Colchester, south to Brandon, Castleton and Rutland, east to Waitsfield and Montpelier, and across the lake into New York.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Most of our customers book twice a year - once in spring and once in autumn. Houses near dirt roads, under trees or close to the lake tend to want the second visit more than others.
